When you contact us: name, email address, company name, and any details you include in your message.
Automatically, when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and advertising identifiers via cookies and tracking technologies (see Cookies section below).
We do not collect payment data (handled by our payment processor) or sensitive personal data such as health, race, or religion.

Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies: required for basic site functionality. No consent required.
LinkedIn Insight Tag: tracks visits and conversions for LinkedIn advertising. Collects IP address, device metadata, browser type, and page events. LinkedIn retains this data for up to 365 days. LinkedIn members can opt out at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.
Google Ads / Analytics: tracks site usage and advertising performance. Collects IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and behavioral signals. Opt out at myaccount.google.com/privacy or via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
EU and UK visitors will be asked for consent before advertising or analytics cookies are activated.
Third parties
We share data with: LinkedIn (advertising), Google (Ads and Analytics), Cloudflare (site infrastructure), and professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations. We do not share your data with other parties for their own marketing purposes.
International transfers
SHA/RP operates from the United Arab Emirates. Data may be processed in the UAE, EU, US, or Singapore depending on our service providers. For transfers from the EU or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable.
