The Kickstart.
    Radical Alignment.

The decision keeps getting made. It keeps getting unmade. Not because the team is incompetent. Because the alignment underneath it was never real. People nodded in the room. Outside the room, everyone kept doing what they were already doing.

    The situations

    When alignment has broken down

    The stuck call

A decision that's been on the agenda for months. It gets discussed, deferred, reopened. The team has stopped believing it will ever be made.

    The feature factory

Product is shipping constantly. Nothing moves the metrics. Everyone is working hard. On the wrong things. No one can agree on what the right things are.

    The new direction

The strategy changed. The reorg happened. Three months later, the team is still executing the old plan. The new direction never landed.

    The trust gap

Leadership and the team have different understandings of what success looks like. No one says it out loud. Every meeting is polite. Nothing changes.

    The handover problem

A new exec joined. They inherited a direction they didn't set. The team doesn't know whether to follow the old plan or wait for the new one. Execution has stalled.

    The transformation nobody owns

AI adoption, security overhaul, product pivot. The initiative was announced. No one was given clear ownership, scope, or success criteria. It's moving but not going anywhere.

    The investor flag

The board has run out of patience and given you a quarter to show a direction. You need alignment fast. Not another strategy deck.

    The burn rate clock

Every week of delay is measurable in dollars. You know what needs to happen. You can't get everyone pulling in the same direction. The cost of waiting has become undeniable.

    What we do

We come in for five to ten days. We start by interviewing the doers, not just leadership. That's where the real handbrakes are. We identify the source of drift: missing trust, implicit requirements, conflicting definitions of success. Then we run a Convergence Session where the uncomfortable truths get named in the room, in front of the people who need to hear them. We close with a Decision Manifesto: a clear, stress-tested execution plan with the radical alignment of all stakeholders.

    What it produces

Not a report. Not a slide deck. A shared operating reality. One version of what good looks like, owned by the whole team.

    What it isn't

We don't recommend and leave. We stay until the alignment is real, not just agreed.

    What you are committing to

Typical shape, not a fixed package

    How long

Typically five to ten days, depending on the situation.

    Your time

The leadership team, for interviews and one convergence session.

    What you keep

A written decision, with the reasoning and the owner named.

Same offer, two very different weeks. Five days where the leadership team is three people who already half-agree. Ten where it is eight people who do not, and the disagreement is the point. Nothing about the company's stage predicts which one you are, which is why the scope comes out of a conversation rather than a package.

    On the record

“… He doesn't jump to solutions. He gets to the crux of the problem first, builds solid hypotheses, and does the foundational research to back them up. The rigor was real. …”
